Discover your advantages.

We offer all customers a combined update and support contract for the TEMPLO® motion analysis software.
This contract includes permanent access to the latest software version via download from the customer center. In addition, support services are provided by e-mail, telephone and remote access.
Interested? Register now in the customer center and request a quote.

Our software is constantly being developed to support, simplify and speed up your everyday work.

TEMPLO®- User with Update- and Support contract always work with the latest software and have access to all following versions of TEMPLO®.

TEMPLO®- User without Update- and Support contract have following possibilities:

  • With purchasing software you receive all following software updates in the year of purchase and the following year until December, 31st 20xx.
  • With purchasing a single update you receive all following software updates within the year of purchase until December, 31st 20xx.

TEMPLO®- User without update- and support contract have following possibilities:

  • With purchasing software we ensure free support in the year of purchase and the following year until December, 31st 20xx.
    Beyond this date, free support can`t be offered any more.
  • With purchasing an update you get free support within the year of purchase until December, 31st 20xx.
    Beyond this date, free support can`t be offered any more.

Where can I find my licence number?

You will find your licence number on the back of your dongle (USB key). The engraved number starts with CTP followed by 4 numbers (CTPxxxx).
The licence number can also be found in TEMPLO® under: Information > Support > Licence number
